BABGOC (Bali, April 21, 2008) - The head of the Bali Asian Beach Games Organizing Committee (BABGOC) Marketing Directorate, Mr Sony Subrata and BABGOC Promotions Manager, Ms. Nina Langitan spent three important days in Bali meeting up with various different business organizations to co-ordinate a number of different PR strategies to promote the Asian Beach Games in Bali.
The Begawan Giri Foundation Bali Starling Conservation Project was one such meeting in which they are hoping to align with to help promote the games through the Jalak, the mascot of the 1st Asian Beach Games which is based on the endangered Bali Starling, the national bird of Bali.
Other establishments in their discussions included restaurants and hotels and fashion and jewellery shops. Places that might see promotions for the Games as good way to boost their own burgeoning businesses.
